The CBI 16th Annual Bio/Pharma Contact Centers conference, a conference unique in its focus on call centers in the biopharmaceutical industry, will be January 30-31 in Philadelphia, PA. This conference touts itself as “the bio/pharmaceutical industry’s must-attend event for executives responsible for medical information, medical communications, customer relations, and call center management.” Our Senior Director of Global Medical Services, Isha Bhattacharyya, and our Senior Director of Medical Communications, Colleen Battaglini, will be at the Med Communications booth to talk about our global, multilingual, and multimedia contact center services.

The 2-day conference will have an exhibit area, January 30-31, on Monday from 7:30 am to 6 pm and Tuesday from 7:30 am to 10:15 am. This will be at the same time as the Medical Affairs Advancement Forum 2017, so if you are planning on attending either of these conferences, please stop by our booth in the exhibit area to ask questions and learn more about our services. The exhibit area is where refreshments are serviced, so there is plenty of time during the networking breaks to stop by.

Isha plans to expand her knowledge by attending three of the sessions: Implement Metrics to Enhance Compliance and Demonstrate Business Value, Bring Social Media into the Mix, and Expand Your Global Reach to Increase Efficiency and Reduce Costs. Colleen plans to attend the following sessions: Listening to the Voice of the Caller-Hear About What has been Missing in your Contact Center and Harness the Power of Technology to Achieve the Next Generation Contact Center.

We’ll be posting updates on Twitter using the conference handle @CBI_Conferences, so stay in touch and follow us @MEDCommInc.
