Staff spotlight: Stacy Witham, Business Development Lead

Med Communications has benefited from the extensive skills, knowledge, and insights of Business Development Lead Stacy Witham, PharmD, for over a decade. Stacy received her Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) from Lipscomb University in Nashville, Tennessee, and has 20+ years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry including medical affairs, medical information call center, pharmacovigilance, regulatory writing and publications writing. Before pharmacy school, she worked as a pharmaceutical sales representative for Abbott. During her time in the pharmaceutical industry, she has worked for both small and large pharmaceutical companies. 

Stacy joined Med Communications in 2012 as a Global Medical Information Specialist, where she showed exemplary customer services skills as a medical information call center team lead for a top 20 pharmaceutical company. During her tenure with Med Communications, she has worked in both the medical information call center and pharmacovigilance, before she switched to a role leading the company’s business development efforts.
