Staff Spotlight: Frank Lock, MBA

Frank Lock, MBA, is Director, Contact Center Strategy and Development for Med Communications. Frank is a pharmaceutical industry professional with over 20 years’ experience creating, launching, managing, and enhancing US and global pharmaceutical contact centers in 80 global markets. He has a proven background in strategic planning, technology, implementation, and tactical operations to benefit customers, and a record of success in leading and creating teams and services to meet client needs.

In this role, Frank is responsible for designing and optimizing contact center strategies while driving business development, revenue growth opportunities, and key initiatives such as the implementation of contact centers for new clients.

Prior to joining Med Communications in 2020, Frank led the US medical and business information contact center for a large pharmaceutical company. He has also served as a consultant to the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on strategy, operations and quality for global and regional medical and business information contact centers.
