DIA Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications Forum – Visit us at Booth #11

The DIA Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications Forum will be held March 18-20 in Orlando, Florida and Med Communications will be at Booth #100.

Sunday, the event begins with the Medical Communications Primer: The Fundamentals of Medical Communications; Director of Medical Communications, Ellen Whipple, will be teaching parts of this session, as she has for many years.

Monday morning, participants can attend the shorts courses, then the forum and the exhibits open after lunch. Come to Booth #100 to visit our team! We will have a wheel for our visitors to spin to win prizes, including $25 Amazon gift cards and $10 Starbucks gift cards. Ask questions and talk with members of our team: Vice President of Medical Communications, Beth Miller; Director of Medical Communications, Ellen Whipple; Senior Business Development Manager, Stacy Witham; and Content Medical Information Specialist, Sam Davis about our medical information, medical communications, and pharmacovigilance offerings.

Tuesday is a big day for Med Communications at the Medical Affairs and Scientific Communications Forum. Tuesday morning, we are hosting a hot buffet breakfast that is only 2 floors above the exhibit area. DIA typically provides bagels and cereal, so this is your chance to talk to us about our expanding services and global reach while having a more substantial breakfast. Please feel free to join us any time between 7 and 8 am. Stop by our booth for an official invite.

Tuesday is also a long day at the booth, with the exhibit area open from 7:00AM to 6:00PM, so we will be busy talking to prospects and clients at Booth #100.
